???? We are looking for our next Business Developer in Pharma sector

???? Location: Based at our German office in Berlin, with travel across Germany

Your mission:

• Drive revenue growth and expand our business in Germany
• Identify and prospect new clients in the Pharma sector
• Manage and build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
• Negotiate, create proposals, and offer tailored solutions to meet client needs
• Stay on top of market trends and share key insights with the Commercial Director
• Collaborate with our technical teams and laboratories to ensure top-notch customer experience

YOUR PROFILE

What we’re looking for ????

✅ Solid experience in services/solutions sales (ideally in analytical services)

✅ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders

✅ Strong command of English (Italian is a plus)

✅ Team player, autonomous, and driven by challenges

✅ Willingness to travel across Germany and attend industry events

✅ Proficiency in office tools and CRM systems
