We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to join our ERP integration team. You will be involved in program activities and process ownership related to our ERP integration program, SPARK, and general ERP landscape, in Rental Europe. Due to the high degree of flexibility of the system and processes, this role requires solid analytical skills.
We are now looking for a new colleague who can help lead the transformation and complete this in a successful manner
Your mission is to help lead the rollout of SPARK EU from start to full implementation, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction during the transition. After a successful rollout, you will hand over to your regional Key users supporting the rental depots in process adoption.
More specific this means you will
- Be the expert with both hands on and in-depth knowledge of the operational, services & rental desk processes;
- Work closely together with the SPARK template team and the respective EU end-users;
- Conduct impact analysis: Evaluate request for changes from new roll-outs to the template, prepare business process specification;
- Execute User Acceptance Testing for new developments required for local changes;
- Guide and evaluate training needs to help users embrace changes and new features;
- Change Management: Assist rental depots in delivering a business change plan for sustainable and improved business processes. Create a “willingness to change” atmosphere with the business, make sure that the business users are prepared for the go-live;
- Provide on-site support during pre-rollout and post-implementation phases;
- Together with the SPARK central team assure that the project is delivered on time and that the agreed milestones are kept;
- Sell and promote the solution towards the users;
- Keep a close communication and interaction with the division and local depots.

Knowledge
- >5 years of experience in ERP systems and general understanding of operational business processes;
- An excellent knowledge of English is required;
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus;
- Proven project management skills;
- Implementation of continuous improvement and change management programs;
- Experience of working in a multicultural environment is considered a plus;
- Must have a strong analytical and problem- solving background;
- You are PC literate with knowledge of standard Office tools;
- Understanding of and experience with business systems including the ability to analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures;
- A track record of proactively identifying solutions to both technology as well as business issues;
- Experience working in an environment requiring cooperation and negotiation with internal customers, other business units to attain goals.
Education
- The candidate has a university degree, a bachelor’s degree in ICT or equivalent. You have a strong analytical mindset.
