You will play a key role in shaping and improving global processes within Patient Evidence. You will lead process governance, simplify ways of working, and support the development of harmonized processes that enable efficiency, clarity, and high‑quality outcomes. Your work will help teams operate with consistency and confidence across the entire Patient Evidence organisation.
What you’ll do
Lead global process governance and ensure strong cross‑functional engagement;
Serve as the specialist for business process management tools and support digital process transformation;
Analyse and simplify global processes to remove inefficiencies, overlaps, and duplication;
Design and maintain process landscapes with subject matter experts;
Drive the creation and revision of procedural documents aligned with best practice standards;
Support the implementation of harmonized global processes, tools, and standards.

Bachelor’s degree and experience in business process management;
Ability to lead global cross‑functional initiatives and facilitate complex discussions;
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills;

Experience in project and change management with the ability to apply improvement methodologies;
