Business Product Manager – Transaction Management/Exceptions and Investigations

As a Business Product Manager, you will be responsible of working closely with customers, business experts, technical experts and strategy to develop your product/service. You will manage the business end – defining the value proposition, writing business cases, developing go-to-market strategies, and leading the marketing of your product. Together with the product owner you’ll be in charge of defining the product’s vision – designing the features, the roadmap and the requirements. Finally, you will analyse the usage of your product to inform product direction and new use cases.
As a Business Product Manager you will:
Drive the product requirements process while working collaboratively with key stakeholders to prioritize and validate technology, features, product direction and strategy
Work in close relationship with the customers to shape the product’s vision thanks to your excellent knowledge of the market and the products you manage
Drive market community readiness looking at all relevant customer touch points (technology, change management, usage)
Keep abreast of trends in the industry and share information with other divisions/departments
Participate in manage product launch projects by assisting in the coordination of all aspects of the marketing plan (product/ pricing offer, promotion, distribution strategy, development of user documentation, training of sales force and customers
Experience & Education required:
University degree or equivalent
At least 10 years experience in a financial operations, product or service development/project planning/management role
