  • Description:
  • The System Integration and Process Analyst (SPA) will work closely with various departments to obtain an understanding of their respective requirements and processes. Will have a strong background experience in accounting and financial systems and systems integration. The SPA will improve business efficiency and productivity. Will propose process enhancements through data analysis, research, and studies. Will act as an important source of information related to the ERP system. The SPA knows about the general business processes. Will act as a mediator between business users and technical support.

Job Description

  • Build respectful and strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Provide user guidance on daily activities.
  • Document functional requirements and business process documentation according to in-house standards
  • Validate business processes with business users of solutions.
  • Create, document, and implement user friendly procedures and methodologies.
  • Respond to business general questions and inquiries.
  • Perform data analysis and extraction activities for business and audit purposes.
  • Provide training to users.
  • Coordinate and monitor process execution including month end, master data creation and interfaces.
  • Act as a mediator between the business users and technical team
  • Coordinate the resolution and deployment of business and system processes.

Additional requirements:

  • Vocational diploma, College degree or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business (or equivalent) and/or combined with a relevant 4+technical years of experience.
  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Excellent project management/control skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office & Visio
  • Excellent background of SAP ERP system
  • Excellent relational data base management skills
  • Experience with SQL and basic programming is an asset.
  • Experience with accounting and finance fundamentals is a mandatory
  • Good presentation skills

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$66,400 – $110,600
