SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is hiring a Business Technology Systems Analyst for a leading manufacturing company in Holland, MI, with remote work flexibility after training. This role will focus on optimizing system applications for production planning and sales order scheduling. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills (preferably in SAP) and a good understanding of manufacturing processes. This is a great opportunity to enhance system performance and drive operational improvements. This person should be willing to travel to manufacturing or supplier sites.RESPONSIBILITIES:· Optimize, configure, and enhance system applications for production planning and sales order scheduling.· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and implement solutions.· Lead efforts to improve system functionality and align with business processes.· Provide technical support and guidance to teams.· Identify and implement process improvements across teams.· Mentor GIS team members and assist with training.· Support system implementations and process improvement projects.· Troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions.· Ensure system configurations meet business and industry standards.· Track key performance metrics to measure system effectiveness.QUALIFICATIONS:· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field.· 5 years of experience in Information Systems or production planning/sales order scheduling (3 years with a Master’s degree).· Strong SAP experience and knowledge of manufacturing environments.· Ability to gather requirements, configure systems, and lead process improvements.· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.· Strong problem-solving and project management skills.· Experience with SD, PP, and other relevant business systems.· Experience mentoring and training team members.· Knowledge of continuous improvement practices and process optimization.· Preferred certifications in SAP, ASCM, ISM, or related fields.MANAGEMENT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS IS AN EQUAL-OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
