You love to talk to people all over the country about sharing Jesus with kids.As a Call Center Associate, you have excellent verbal communication skills and keen attention to detail in obtaining and recording information. You are organized and capable of compartmentalizing tasks where necessary while employing best practices. As a results-driven and self-motivated individual, you are able to juggle multiple high-priority tasks at once. Your colleagues know you can easily dive into the details to crank out tasks and small projects yourself.At the end of the day, you do what it takes to get things done. And a chance to make a life-changing impact on students with the Gospel.About the JobWe are looking for a gospel-centered, results-driven, and detail-oriented Call Center Associate to join the LifeWise team. This is a full-time position focused on connecting with individuals interested in launching new LifeWise Academy programs. The position will operate remotely or out of our headquarters in Hilliard, Ohio (just outside of Columbus).Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming inquiries from community members nationwide
  • Make outbound calls to individuals who have engaged with the LifeWise website and encourage them to further engage with the ministry
  • Access current information about LifeWise interest in various communities while engaging in phone conversations
  • Record outcome of conversations in the LifeWise customer relationship management system
  • Connect potential leads with Regional Reps
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Statement of Faith
  • 2+ years in a ministry or other high interpersonal skills based position (required)
  • 2+ years of administrative assistant or clerical experience (preferred)
  • Experience working with ministry personnel, school administration and community leaders (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Experience and responsibility in sales and marketing (preferred)
  • Experience with using Salesforce (preferred)
  • Proficient computer skills, including Google Workspace
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
  • High degree of attention to detail
