Excel Temporary Service is recruiting for Call Center/Customer Service Workers in Sullivan, MO
This position will respond promptly and professionally to all inbound internet lead activity via phone and email, and will focus on minimizing the lead response times for our Service Department.
Must be able to respond professionally to voicemail and email messages.
Complete follow-up processes pertaining to appointment setting. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and solicit service work.
