CALL FOR TENDER – Customized promotional materials/merchandise

The Party of Europeans Socialists (PES) requires the services of a company able to produce customized promotional materials/merchandise in various qualities. Such customised goodies are used to promote the PES at various events and occasions. 

The PES is the second biggest European political party, bringing together 33 full member parties from all EU countries and Norway. We have associated and observer members from Europe and beyond. The PES is represented in the European Parliament by the Group of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists & Democrats. For more details visit www.pes.eu. 

Requirements: 

Companies that would like to participate in this tender should be: 

The offers and documentation submitted will be evaluated by the PES Communications Team and the PES Finance department.  

By submitting an offer and the required documents, the attendant accepts the terms and conditions described in the current Call for tender.  The maximum duration of a potential contract based on the results from the tender is 4 years. 

PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS: 

Participants are asked to provide the following: 

1. Provisional price for the following items: 

NOTE: All items should be from recycled or recyclable materials. Proposing eco-friendly items is an advantage.  Wood, textile, recycled plastic, paper and cardboard are preferred as materials.  

2. Propose five (5) promotional items that in your experience can fit the PES brand image/public presence alongside with the prices for the proposed items for 500 and 1000 units. 

3. Propose a delivery price for 1000 branded pens from your facilities to the PES office in Brussels. Mention box sizes, volume and weight.  

4. Provide a link to your catalogue in the offer 

Please note that the catalogue should contain the main supplies you are able to deliver and give a full description mentioning characteristics of each item including colour, material, prices and delivery time. The PES should be notified on a regular base about possible new items the contractor can provide. 

5. Please provide a short presentation of the company and a list of your prominent clients 

6. All information need to be submitted in PDF format and by email. 

DEADLINES 

Companies should confirm participation in the tender no later than 07.03.2025 by sending a confirmation email to pes.communication@pes.eu and cc to financedirector@pes.eu  with the subject “TENDER – Promotional Items 2025” 

The companies, that confirmed participation in the tender should submit their offers no later than 14.03.2025. 

The tender evaluation will be completed by the PES team by 25.03.2025.
