Centre Director

The Centre Director is the strategic and operational lead for Greentop Circus – a role that blends big picture vision with hands on delivery. Working closely with the Board of Trustees and our talented staff team, the Centre Director will guide the organisation’s mission, ensuring Greentop continues to thrive as a creative, inclusive and community rooted space.

The post holder will lead on business planning, organisational development, profile raising and championing the role of circus within cultural, education, community and social contexts. The Centre Director will work closely with the Teaching and Programme Lead who will lead on the Creative Programme. This role is also responsible for ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and good governance.

The position is 32 hours per week and reports to the Chair of the Board of Trustees. The role has direct reports of Teaching and Programme Lead, Finance/Office Manager, Programme Manager (Hire Us programme), Youth Circus Lead, Youth Circus Administrator, Marketing Lead.
