Our longstanding Chief Exec is retiring so we are looking for a new CEO We are a Gloucestershire charity focused on music and dementia from diagnosis to end of life. Mindsong is, we like to think, a pretty unique organisation. Not only because of the work that we do but in the way we work. We believe we have built a model that delivers excellent services and has the flexibility to grow. We are proud of where we are and are looking for the right person to take us into the next stage of our development. Our team is dedicated, passionate, committed, talented and experienced and is a joy to work alongside. We are looking for a CEO who would relish working with us and appreciate being a part of it. You would be a strategic, entrepreneurial thinker with fresh ideas to bring to the table. Someone with excellent people skills, who can inspire and nurture, provide oversight and management expertise as well as leading on fundraising and financial sustainability.
