Insight Global is supporting a leading firm in commercial real estate services, providing comprehensive property assessments and financial planning solutions. We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join the team and contribute to the mission of delivering high-quality, reliable assessments and studies for our clients. This role is hybrid, 1x/week in DT Toronto, and includes travel across Canada. This role requires a valid Canadian drivers license, as well as a vehicle.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Property Condition Assessments (PCAs)

  • Perform Reserve Fund Studies

  • Report preparation (Property Condition Reports – PCRs)

Skills and Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an engineer, conducting PCAs, Reserve Fund Studies and PCRs

  • Working at Heights Certification – P.Eng

  • Experience in engineering design for buildings, or other commercial real estate null
