What You’ll do: Strategic Account Management: Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth for the assigned Pharma client. Act as the primary point of contact for senior, global Pharma client teams and procurement, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. Provide strategic consultation to our Global Pharma clients to help them navigate their unique challenges and opportunities, with a focus on supporting their journeys towards more omnichannel and personalized marketing communications. Partner with internal tech, strategy, and business development teams to bring innovation and evolution to our client engagements that drives further efficiency and savings. Regularly liaise with internal local and global leadership to align on account strategy and report on account health and progress. Participate in RFP processes for Pharma business, providing strategic input and direction.
Project Management and Execution: Track internal and external deadlines. Drive the coordination and management of dependencies with cross-functional teams. Manage communications to provide project clarity to team members and management. Facilitate and drive meetings – Planning, Project tracking, Retrospectives, Weekly sync-ups etc. Identify problem areas, partner in defining/modifying processes and new process implementation. Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources.
Team Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with and supervise local and near-and offshore delivery teams to ensure all client needs are met on time and within budget. Interlock with global stakeholders to help shape strategy and business direction. Hiring, development, and retention of the best talent within our industry. Collaboration with teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
Relationship Management and Communication: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on roles, responsibilities, and projects.
Problem Solving and Decision Making: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are crucial for navigating setbacks and obstacles.
What you’ll need:
Must have: Overall 18+ years of proven experience in a senior role within the service industry, preferably managing Pharma accounts. Extensive understanding of the Pharma industry, Pharma content life cycle and its regulatory environment. Substantial experience leading a team of account, project and delivery managers, ideally with experience of managing teams across multiple locations. Knack for driving business growth, finding opportunities and solutioning client problems. Good to have: Having an understanding of and exposure to the delivery of Pharma Omnichannel Content production work would be advantageous.
