To this end, the Diversity 2024 committee and the Building Inclusive Excellence Council (BIEC) are dedicated to providing recommendations to promote DEI at the Knauss School of Business. These include faculty climate surveys, implicit bias training, reflections on and the standardization of hiring practices, seminars or search committees, as well as other workshops on prejudice and discrimination.

About the Finance Department

The department of Finance currently has 14 full-time faculty members and Knauss School of Business offers BBA degree program in Finance, as well as STEM-designated MS in Finance program.
