Assists the healthcare team in coordinating, prioritizing and communicating patient, physician and staff needs. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Provides person-centered care with sensitivity and respect for the human experience in a collaborative fashion with other team members.
• Assists care team in achieving daily patient and family goals.
• Provides quality patient care, including comfort and hygiene measures, preventative skin care, safety measures, transport, and nutritional and elimination needs.
• Promptly triages and responds to patient call lights.

QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• High School diploma or GED
• Current state CNA license for applicable state of employment
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
