Job Summary
The successful candidate will provide clinical colorectal surgery services in our academic healthcare institution and provide educational opportunities for medical students and residents. Scholarly activities are highly encouraged.
Responsibilities
The candidate will be a member of the general surgery division and participate in a thriving clinical practice in an academic setting, treating a broad spectrum of diseases including anorectal pathologies, inflammatory bowel disease, diverticulitis, pelvic floor disorders and cancers of the colon, rectum and anus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Minimally invasive and robotic experience is preferred, and multiple robotic platforms are available for use.
Education
MD/DO
Completion of General Surgery Residency and Colorectal Surgery Fellowship
Credentials
Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Surgery in General Surgery and The American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery.
Eligible for WV Medical License
Work Schedule: Varies
