Be part of a team of experts driving N-SIDE’s revenue growth and future strategy;
Drive and enhance end-to-end commercial operations, from proposal to purchase order to invoicing, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business goals;
Support standard and customized deals, ensuring they are structured correctly, priced strategically to maximize revenue, and moved forward efficiently while navigating legal and contractual complexities;
Work closely with the account management team to identify commercial opportunities, contributing to operational excellence and business growth;
Engage directly with customers to support commercial discussions, ensuring alignment on pricing, scope, and contractual terms;
Create and maintain process documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and scalability in commercial operations;
Provide analysis and insights to support key business initiatives.
About you:
You have a Master Degree in Business/Administration or related fields;
You have between 3 and 5 years of professional experience in B2B sales and/or account management (experience in SaaS solutions in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus!);
You are detailed oriented and analytical;
Strong oral and written communication skills, strong documentation skills;
You have experience working on commercial contract negotiations / end to end – Quote to Cash Process;
Salesforce experience is a plus;
You have a growth mindset with ambition and self-motivation;
You are a collaborative team player while having a proven ability to work independently;
You are eager to learn and collaborate with partners from multiple cultures and locations;
You are fluent in English.
