The role combines direct creative delivery with young people and communities, alongside project coordination, administration and safeguarding responsibilities.
You will support delivery across a range of Icon’s Creative Engagement programmes, including Icon Youth Theatre, Creative Council, Youth Club, community projects (with young people and adults), school holiday programmes and schools’ workshops.
Person Specification
Experience facilitating or assisting in drama, theatre or participatory settings
Experience supporting project administration, coordination and logistics
Excellent verbal communication, writing and IT skills
Strong organisation and time management skills
Understanding of current safeguarding legislation and good practice
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends, as required
