Company Manager

To supervise and lead the Stage Management team, technical staff, wardrobe team, band and cast of the Tour Production;

To liaise with venue technical management and theatre management as required;

To supervise and assist with set & props maintenance;

To assist with the running of the stage plot during performances of the Tour Production as necessary and provide cover for the stage plots in the event of an emergency;

To supervise the company’s weekly hours;

To schedule the cast’s weekly performance rota in conjunction with the Creative Team;

To ensure the safest possible working environment at all times, and that all Health and Safety procedure and practice is adhered to;

To compile and distribute show reports;

To put together and distribute the weekly schedule for the company;

To complete the weekly payroll;

To manage petty cash and respect the weekly petty cash budget;

To liaise with Press & Marketing personnel with regards to interviews etc, and assist and attend press & promotional events if required;

To carry out ad-hoc hospitality duties for VIP guests and meet and greet events;

To schedule and supervise understudy rehearsals in liaison with the Directing and Choreography teams.

Any other reasonable duty that would normally fall into the remit of a Company Manager based on industry norms and practice.
