Company Stage Manager for ‘Equus’ at Menier Chocolate Factory

– Proven experience as a Stage Manager and/or Company Manager in professional theatre productions. – An understanding and hands-on approach to theatre technical needs and problem solving skills. – Strong knowledge of stage management practices, including creating prompt books, calling cues and coordinating technical elements. – Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task under pressure – whilst managing a DSM, ASM and wardrobe master, alongside cast. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. – Familiarity with health and safety regulations in theatre productions – Attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus in fast-paced environments. – A degree of relevant qualification in theatre production or stage management (preferred but not essential)
