Company Stage Manager / Resident Director

Peaky Blinders Underworld is an immersive, live theatrical experience set in the world of the Shelby Company, running at The Garrison Tavern on Bermondsey Street. We are looking for a Company Stage Manager to hold the acting company together day to day and to keep the show at a consistently high standard across every performance.

As Company Stage Manager you are responsible for the contracting, wellbeing, scheduling and pastoral care of the acting company, you assist in maintaining the artistic quality of the show and develop future changes in consultation with the producers. The role suits someone who is highly organised, calm under pressure, and equally comfortable running a company and giving notes. The show is applying for Theatre Tax Relief and as such maintaining a qualifying narrative and structure is essential. Additionally, the immersive nature of the production means this role is an important and intrinsically connected part of the operating team and holistic operations management elements will fall alongside this role across each day.
