Job Summary:

As the Content Creator/Entertainer, you will plan, create and distribute content that increases brand awareness and engagement. This person has a high passion for content creation, brings high energy and isn’t easily embarrassed to put themself out there.

Digital/Social Media Responsibilities:

  • Content creation for all digital & social media platforms (paid and organic) for Dean’s Home Services.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of campaigns with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising
  • Brand Ambassador for Dean’s Home Services.
  • Create content using keyword research and SEO best practices that encourage organic traffic.
  • Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s digital media strategy and offer quarterly reports regarding digital, social & SEO trends.
  • Leverage analytic tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Google Business, etc) during market research to find ways to enhance the company’s marketing efforts
  • Ensure the company blog, social media accounts, and website are continuously updated and optimized to provide a great user experience

Marketing Department Responsibilities:

  • Work with leadership to design and implement both short-term and long-term marketing strategies based on Dean’s KPI’s.
  • Design, execute and monitor marketing plan/strategy based on direction from senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with leadership and service departments to use customer data to uncover marketing and business opportunities for new and existing customers.
  • Plan and optimize email campaigns/newsletters which encourage brand loyalty and community.

Business/Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Create and distribute internal communications focused on sharing relevant, timely information (marketing offers & campaigns) as well as content that improves organizational morale.
  • Develop relationships with all departments to understand and improve the customer experience/consumer journey.


  • Proven experience with content creation is a must.

Dean’s Home Services is a licensed and bonded professional service company with over 100 years of combined industry experience. Plumbing is where we got our start and our services have expanded to include heating and air conditioning, electrical, drain cleaning, duct cleaning, and excavation. Dean’s Home Services is an active member of the PHCC and Nexstar organizations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
