Job Description

Good Teaching skills with expertise in English.
Ability to identify the potential of each youth and teach accordingly.
Evaluate and provide necessary mentoring to the youths.
Ensure the syllabus is covered and youths are confident to attend tests and exams.
Adhere to center rules and regulations, follow the instructions given by Center Head.
Foster a harmonious learning environment for all the youths
Flexibility in extending office timing when required
Requires working indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
Requires travelling
Requires prompt service
Excellent English spoken and written communication.
Effective Presentation skill.
Creative thinking.
Good organization and planning skills.
The ability to work well as part of a team.
