Craft Teacher (Pottery)

To undertake this position successfully you will have:

• Practical experience in pottery, including hand-building, wheel-throwing, glazing, and kiln operation.
• Experience working with children with SEND, Autism, and complex behavioural or mental health needs.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and ICT skills (including planning, assessment, and reporting).
• Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire, demonstrating resilience, empathy, and creativity in challenging situations.
• A teaching qualification (QTS) is desirable, or willingness to work towards one.
