Icon Theatre is a creative hub where artists, communities, and young people come together to create and achieve extraordinary things. We are searching for a dynamic, creative and passionate Community Engagement Manager to join our small, dedicated team. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our Creative Engagement Programme, working closely with our Artistic Director, Nancy Hirst.

This role involves both hands-on delivery and facilitation of projects and programmes, as well as strategic planning and development of innovative, co-created initiatives that empower participants and foster community growth.

Salary: £33-36,000 FT (0.8 Considered/Pro Rata)
