Job Summary

A fully remote, temporary role to start ASAP. You will support the ROLI Support Team by handling high-volume, non-technical customer enquiries, with a primary focus on order-related requests.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Respond to order status enquiries (“Where’s my order?”)
  • Process address changes, order amendments, and order cancellations
  • Handle general fulfilment and shipping questions
  • Clear and validate second-hand product registrations (secondary responsibility)
  • Manage inbound messages from social channels and escalate when required
  • Maintain clear, friendly, and accurate customer communication

Scope & Expectations

  • Fully remote role
  • Experience providing customer support via email is essential
  • Strong focus and attention to detail while working at a fast pace is essential
  • Minimal technical or product support required; music technology experience is a bonus, not a requirement
  • Operational and transactional in nature
  • Focused on speed, accuracy, and consistency
  • Supports permanent Support Team capacity during peak demand
  • This role is critical to maintaining customer experience while freeing senior support agents to focus on technical and complex cases.
  • Fluency in Written and spoken English is essential.
  • Experience with Shopify and Freshdesk is a bonus.
