Data Analyst

As our Data Analyst , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the operational landscape of our app and its real-world impact.

A significant facet of your responsibilities involves crafting analysis scripts while leveraging existing ones to unveil the intricate patterns of our customers’ vehicle movements across diverse regions. Your mission is to translate these insights into clear and accessible visualizations and numerical formats, facilitating effective communication with both our customers and the broader team.

This role thrives on collaboration, necessitating engaging cross-functional dialogues to implement these insights and influence the overall functionality of our app.

Other exciting tasks on your agenda:

·       Analyze Python and SQL to scrutinize incoming customer data, unraveling the intricacies of train operations and identifying potential avenues for fuel savings and greenhouse gas reductions.

·       Conceptualize, construct, and refresh tailored analytics dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders.

·       Partner with our Operations and Engineering teams to proactively deliver invaluable insights into product performance and customer operations.

Your success toolkit includes:

·       Proficiency in Python coding, with a solid familiarity with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.

·       1-2 years of relevant work experience in Data Analysis or a fresh graduate eager to dive into this domain.

·       A strong command of SQL (especially PostgreSQL).

·       A robust understanding of statistical techniques, encompassing distributions, regressions, and error bounds.

·       Experience with git version control and a grounding in agile methodologies.

Nice to have:

·       You bring expertise in cloud database services, particularly AWS and InfluxDB.

·       Your academic journey included a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
