We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data into our systems while ensuring consistency and quality.Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into databases and systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Prepare and organize documents for input into various systems.
• Generate reports and summaries based on data entries.
• Respond to and resolve data-related inquiries and discrepancies.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certification in data entry or administration is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of data management software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Expected salary

$17 – 22 per hour
