The Digital Data Analyst will be responsible of the analysis, maintenance, and segmentation of the database of customers (HCPs) for the country, advising on insights for channel preference and metrics by customer based on IQVIA, Close-up, reports and own channels (email and website)

What You’ll Do:

• Accountable in maintenance of the CRM database and administration of it aligned with business segmentations: Visited, Non-Visited, Engage and Non-Engage customers plus Rx segmentation: Advocate, User, Trialist and Non-Prescriber. Active participation in ENGAGE segmentation and data review based on activity of HCPs in the different channels with the report in performance review with the Engage of the country. Align with Engage team (Region and Local) for tagging stratagy.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree Years of experience, both overall and any industry-specific experience needed:
• 2 years of CRM management and reporting on database performance used for different digital channels as email, websites and face 2 face interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in quantitative discipline like engineering or data science.
• Analytical Thinker: Understands how to synthesize information from varied data sources, both new and pre-existing, into discernable insights and perspectives.
• Data and Information: Understands and uses analytical skills/tools to produce data in a clean, organized way to drive objective insights
• Ability to effectively utilize dashboards and data for effective usage of the marketing and/or sales team
• Strong MS Excel, thinkCell, Power BI and PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge about digital media, formats and usage is a plus
• Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills – Spanish and English
