Manage all accreditation and ticketing needs of industry and filmmaker delegates at the Festival.
Oversee the processing of all Delegate applications (Industry, Press and Filmmaker) with support from the Delegate Services Assistant.
Implement a clear communications strategy for all delegates from registration to participation in the Industry & Professional Programme and post Festival evaluation.
Work with the Filmmaker and Industry Services Manager and marketing team to promote the sale of delegate passes and produce email bulletins, containing updates on the industry programme.
Track and report on festival pass sales, maintaining accurate financial records.
Significant administrative experience gained within a Festival, cultural organisation or similarly fast-paced environment, in a similar role
Experience using CMS and email marketing systems
An appreciation of, and passion for LGBTQIA+ arts and culture
Experience compiling and circulating press coverage
Ability to build effective relationships with key contacts across BFI and stakeholder organisations, and to communicate effectively and tactfully with stakeholders at all levels.
