• Schedule: Monday – Thursday – 8 am – 5 pm
• Job Setting: Dental Office 
• Types of Cases: 50% fillings25% extractions; Mostly simple.15% crowns10% root canals, Mostly anterior
• Credentialing Time Frame: 1-2 days
