At 1300SMILES Dentists Roma, you’ll join a welcoming practice with modern equipment, an on-site Prosthetist/Technician and a supportive clinical team. You’ll have the platform to provide high-quality general and emergency dentistry, build strong patient relationships and grow your clinical scope with autonomy.

What You Get

• $180,000 salary + monthly commission structure

Job Description

• Providing high‑quality general and emergency dentistry including high value treatment
• Opportunities to extend your scope offering full clinical autonomy including orthodontics & implants
• Conducting treatment planning and patient education
• Working collaboratively with clinical and practice teams
• Maintaining clinical records in line with Australian standards
• Continuing professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with both patients and your support team.
• Open to new graduate, ADC graduate or experienced clinician
• Passion to learn and develop new skills expanding scope of works
• Hold unrestricted AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance (or able to obtain).
• Ability to work within Australia (support offered with sponsored visa)
