Dentist

This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday – 8a-5p, Tuesday – 10a-7p, Wednesday – 8a-5p, and Thursday 6a-3p
• Job Setting: Dental Office 
• Patients per Day/Volume: 15-20
• Types of Cases:85% of patients are adults 
• Electronic Medical Record- Dentrix
• Board Certified or Board Eligible, Active STATE license, Drug Enforcement Administration certification (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), and Basic Life Support(BLS) is required
