Dentist

This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:45a – 5p; Through 3/15/2022 with option to extend
• Credentialing Time frame: 1-2 weeks
• Job Setting: Dentist Office
• Types of Cases: all ages; bread and butter dentistry – fillings, crown and bridge, exams, simple extractions
• Electronic Medical Record- Dentrix
• Patients per Day/Volume: 15
• 2 chairs for the dentist, 2 chairs for the hygienist, 2 dental assistants, 2 dental assistants with expanded function, 1 hygienist
• Active Oregon license and Basic Life Support (BLS) is required, Drug Enforcement Administration certification (DEA), and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) is heavily preferred
