• 4 days per week 8 am-5 pm
• 20 patients per day
• 2 Hygienists, 1 Full-time dentist, 3 Part-time Dentists
• Hotel & Mileage provided
• Credentialing: 2-3 days if the provider has Medicaid number, 30 days without one.
