About the Role:

TodayTix Group, TTG, is the global e-commerce leader for cultural experiences. Founded in 2013, TTG designs frictionless e-commerce experiences via innovative product design and industry-leading technology.

We’re looking for a creative and collaborative Midweight Designer to join our Creative Studio and play a key role in developing visually compelling campaigns that drive audience engagement and elevate TodayTix’s global brand presence. Your work will directly impact brand awareness, customer engagement, and marketing effectiveness, ensuring a seamless, visually consistent, and engaging experience across all touchpoints, from digital to print to large-scale OOH placements.

Please note: This is a full-time position and qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.

What Success Looks Like:

  • A Bold & Unified Brand – Your designs will ensure a strong, consistent, and visually compelling brand identity across all channels.
  • Creative That Drives Action – You’ll craft engaging, high-impact visuals that inspire audiences to book their next night out.
  • Seamless Cross-Team Collaboration – You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure a cohesive and strategic approach to all campaigns.
  • High-Quality Execution on a Global Stage – Your work will be showcased across multiple markets, from Times Square to London’s West End.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that showcases bold, engaging, and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Mastery of design tools – we primarily use Adobe Creative Suite & Figma (bonus points for motion design skills!).
  • A passion for entertainment & culture – you get the magic of live theatre and know how to translate it into compelling visuals.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects without compromising quality or creativity.
  • A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset – you’re always looking for fresh ideas, better solutions, and new ways to push creative boundaries.
