Job Title

Digital Intern – (ESL Optimization of Business Metrics Visualization and Process Digitization)

Project objectives:

Design and develop Power BI dashboards to consolidate and visualize critical business metrics.

Implement automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate to digitize manual processes.

Reduce paper usage in the organization by automating key workflows.

Facilitate real-time data accessibility and monitoring to improve transparency and decision-making.

Project Description / Activities:

Requirements Analysis: Meet with stakeholders to identify critical business metrics.

Document manual processes suitable for digitization.

Design and Development in Power BI: Gather and clean relevant data for dashboards. Design interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports. Configure automatic data refreshes.

Process Automation: Design simple forms and applications using Power Apps.

Create automated workflows in Power Automate for specific processes.

Testing and Validation: Conduct functionality and optimization tests for the developed tools.

Collect feedback from key users and make necessary adjustments.

Training and Documentation: Develop user manuals and quick guides for the created solutions.

Train the team on how to use dashboards and automated workflows.

Computer Systems Engineering

Information and Communication Technology Engineering

Industrial Engineering

Bachelor’s in Data Science

Knowledge required:

Data analysis.

Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).

Process automation and optimization.

Basic project management or prior internship experience.
