TVH is on the lookout for a proactive and ambitious digital marketing lead for the Center of Excellence (CoE) New Customer Acquisition within the eCommerce & Marketing department.
In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for leading the team of digital experts and take full ownership in global projects with a clear focus on lead generation and customer acquisition. You’ll work in a fast-paced, international environment that empowers you to grow and make a significant impact on our business. The ideal candidate has extensive digital marketing expertise across different domains, as well as team management skills and sufficient experience in stakeholder management.
Your role
- End-to-end ownership and responsibility to generate relevant traffic towards our online channels, capture leads and turn them into new buying customers;
- You design and implement global flows (on our prelogin website, our ecom shops and on external digital channels), optimize current digital tactics and give strategic digital marketing advice to the different stakeholders within the department;
- You will lead and manage an international team of 7 digital experts across different domains (SEO, paid media, marketing automation) and external agencies;
- Work closely together with the other CoE’s (Branding, Merchandising, Segmentation) and marketing teams to develop value-driven strategies within the whole customer journey;
- Work closely together with the commercial department in order to identify and propose lead management process improvements and align on overall commercial objectives with the regional sales teams;
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track the performance and impact of the digital marketing activities on leads and customers, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team and other relevant stakeholders;
- Spot & monitor the latest digital marketing & eCommerce trends, technologies or best practices, and facilitate the adoption of relevant innovations within the team.
Your profile
- Master degree in Marketing, business or related field;
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with extensive expertise in at least two core areas of digital marketing (SEO, paid media, or marketing automation), and solid working knowledge across the other areas;
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using analytics tools and dashboards;
- Experience with leading and managing a team;
- Proven track record of success driving digital demand generation and pipeline growth, preferably in an international environment;
- Understanding the complex B2B sales cycle and customer journey;
- You are a strategic thinker with the ability to translate global strategies into actionable plans to improve the digital marketing performances;
- You are proactive, results-oriented, and possess a strong sense of ownership;
- Your communication and interpersonal skills are excellent, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders within the organization;
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
- You’re a team player who thinks about the collective result and has a flexible attitude;
- Ability to work independently and effectively.
