Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Digital Transformation Intern (4-month contract) in Healthcare Distribution Operations. This role is based in Markham, Ontario

Johnson & Johnson Deliver Group is part of Johnson & Johnson’s global Supply Chain organization supporting operations across all of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. Deliver strives to provide an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer-facing-functions such as customer service, distribution and transportation. In addition, Deliver oversees critical business enablers, including how we gather and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities. It supports all sectors of Johnson & Johnson: MedTech (including Vision) and Innovative Medicine. Located in every region of the world where Johnson & Johnson operates, Deliver is a critical component of our supply chain, working collaboratively to ensure that quality, safety and the experience of our customers is our top priority.

We are currently recruiting for a Digital Transformation Intern within our End to End Integration Team who is passionate about building analytics tools and capabilities to support measurable business results. Our function spans across the entire Supply Chain enterprise. This wide scope will enable you to work with various internal and external partners to help identify viable and advanced analytics opportunities and then conceive, develop, and implement data-focused analytical solutions to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and enhance analytical dashboards and tools to improve our operational efficiency and reduce cost.
  • Work with IT partners to develop user stories for data integration.
  • Leverage advanced analytics and knowledge of systems connectivity to automate processes.
  • Apply project management skills (Lean, FPX, Agile, etc.) to effectively deliver analytics use cases to the business, on time and as expected.
  • Introduce new ideas to shift our organizations ways of working, improving speed to insight.
  • Support the ongoing development and deployment of our Analytics Enablement.
  • Use innovative technologies to solve complex business problems.

Qualifications – External

  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree; enrollment in MBA/advanced degree and/or focused degree in Analytics, Engineering, or Business preferred
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboard development in Power BI or Tableau required
  • Experience with technologies such as Power Automate, Azure Data Bricks, Azure Data Factory, etc. preferred
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and Fiori apps preferred
  • Experience or solid understanding of cloud-based databases technologies such as Alteryx, SQL, Data Warehouse Architecture, Microsoft Azure, and/or Amazon Web Services preferred
  • Previous relevant work experience is preferred
  • Supply Chain or Logistics experience preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Significant amount of time will be spent working on a computer
