Job Summary

The Isles of Scilly Cultural Centre and Museum project is looking for a dynamic leader, working with our local community, to shape the cultural life of the Isles of Scilly.

Job Description

With a new museum and community venue opening in spring 2026, join us now to create a distinctive and welcoming experience, and develop islands-wide heritage programming and arts events for residents and visitors alike.

The recruitment pack on our website will give you more information about the charity (currently known as CCaM), the Town Hall project and the scope of your responsibilities.

Coinciding with creation of a new Museum and events venue in St Mary’s Town Hall, a new charity is being established to operate the centre and lead the islands’ cultural strategy with arts and heritage programming across the archipelago.

This role, as Director of the new charity, combines operational and strategic responsibilities and we are looking to recruit somebody who can rise to both challenges.
