Director Healthcare Data Products, Brampton, ON

The Healthcare Data Products team at Loblaw is hiring a Director, Healthcare Data Products. The role will be responsible for delivering omni-channel healthcare solutions that create a world-class experience across the Loblaw and Shoppers Drug Mart enterprise. The Director will work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership across the enterprise to build out, analyze and prioritize innovative data products that help connect patients with services, improve pharmacy workflows and expand our data ecosystem. The Director will work closely with our pharmacy, healthcare and technology leads as well as Loblaw Digital, operations, professional affairs, and other cross-enterprise teams, to gain alignment and advance strategic priorities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a team to develop new data products which drive next best actions across our pharmacy and healthcare ecosystems
  • Lead the product roadmap for 3rd party vendor supporting our data ecosystem
  • Develop strategic plans, roadmaps and priorities for initiatives that support efficient and effective delivery of care in pharmacy, while providing the patient a seamless experience through the channel of choice
  • Participate in the analysis surrounding strategic business initiatives
  • Support the execution and project management of new initiatives
  • Develop a highly engaged team by being an inclusive coach, mentor, and role model for all team members to help grow and promote our diverse talent pool

What you Bring:

  • Technology and/or business leadership experience in retail or pharmacy
  • Demonstrated experience working with large data sets, developing new algorithms, and bringing data products from early concept through to production
  • Experience building next best action models and data products
  • Ability to navigate a highly complex and regulated industry
  • Effective communications skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal colleagues and stakeholders and external partners
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
  • Passion to deliver healthcare products that impact all Canadians
