Citizens is seeking a Director to join the Healthcare Investment Banking group within Capital Markets & Advisory (“CM&A”). The ideal candidate will bring deep M&A advisory experience in the Healthcare Services sector, along with established relationships with corporate clients and financial sponsors. In this role, you will leverage those relationships to drive strategic dialogue with both existing and prospective clients, generating advisory and transaction opportunities across Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, and other advisory services.
You will serve as the primary architect of client engagements—leading discussions, developing, and delivering client presentations, and thoughtfully coordinating with product partners as appropriate. Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $275,000 to $300,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
