We are currently seeking a Director, Commercial Services to join our team in Burnaby, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA) to support a large Canadian healthcare provider.

Overview of the Role

Reporting to the Executive Director, Commercial Services/Client Executive, the Director, Commercial Services oversees account-level financial / commercial matters. The role works with the account’s matrixed commercial, finance and facilities teams. The role is accountable for aligning customer and vendor commercial agreements with the account’s strategy and customer demands.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees commercial aspects of the customer agreement
  • Oversees commercial aspects of 3rd party vendor agreements
  • Establish agreements with new vendors
  • Ensure contract deliverables are appropriately managed and completed on schedule
  • Work closely with governance tiers to manage changes to the customer agreement in accordance with governance processes
  • Aid in development of key governance materials such as dashboards, reports, briefing notes, presentations, etc.
  • Supports key governance initiatives and projects as required/directed
  • Oversees development of project work orders and contractual change orders and amendments
  • Maintain a two-in-a-box partnership between NTT DATA and the client to develop mutually beneficial business arrangements that align with NTT and customer strategy and values

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 10+ years experience working within large enterprise organizations ($50M/year revenue / 500+ employees)
  • 5+ years experience working in support of Healthcare industry, public sector knowledge/experience desired
  • Ability to influence wide range of stakeholders and facilitate a collaborative approach with contract partners (Vendor and Client)
