Director of IT and Healthcare Informatics

The Director of IT and Healthcare Informatics oversees the technical infrastructure within the organization, leads a team of IT staff, determines business requirements for IT systems, manages the design and implementation of IT infrastructure, and eliminates security risks. In additional the Director of IT and Healthcare Informatics will also oversee the analysis, management and performance of health information data to aid patient care. Duties include monitoring the latest software and technology to keep processes up to date and efficient, training medical staff on how to use the system, and be a leader who thinks globally and adopts a philosophy of continuous improvement; and develop a strategic and tactical plan for our organization that identifies synergies between the clinical areas and leverage resources to achieve and sustain optimal clinical, operational, and financial performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
