Key Accountabilities
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons by supporting students in understanding the content and actively engaging in learning activities.
- Prepare teaching materials and learning resources as requested by teachers.
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and report to teachers.
- Facilitate classroom management to ensure a productive learning environment.
- Support the organization of extracurricular activities and center-wide events to enhance student engagement.
- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students who need additional support
Key Selection Criteria
- A current university student or graduate in English Language, English Teaching, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, confidence, enthusiasm, and a passion for education.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience as a teaching assistant or English tutor is an advantage.
- IELTS score of 6.5 or higher (or equivalent English proficiency certification) is a plus
Other Information
- Contract duration: March 2025 – December 2025
- Highly competitive salary: 40,000VND/hour – Net
- Approximately 90 hours per month (flexible)

English Proficiency
English is the language of teaching and communication at RMIT Vietnam. For this role, the minimum requirement is IELTS General 6.5.
