Key Accountabilities

• Assist teachers in delivering lessons by supporting students in understanding the content and actively engaging in learning activities.
• Prepare teaching materials and learning resources as requested by teachers.
• Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and report to teachers.
• Facilitate classroom management to ensure a productive learning environment.
• Support the organization of extracurricular activities and center-wide events to enhance student engagement.
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students who need additional support

Key Selection Criteria

• A current university student or graduate in English Language, English Teaching, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, confidence, enthusiasm, and a passion for education.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience as a teaching assistant or English tutor is an advantage.
• IELTS score of 6.5 or higher (or equivalent English proficiency certification) is a plus

• Contract duration: March 2025 – December 2025
• Highly competitive salary: 40,000VND/hour – Net
• Approximately 90 hours per month (flexible)

English Proficiency

English is the language of teaching and communication at RMIT Vietnam. For this role, the minimum requirement is IELTS General 6.5.
