We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Doctor, based in Torreón, Coahuila. (E-Systems Division).

As Doctor your objective will be primary care for workers due to general illness and/or work-related accidents. Reduce absenteeism due to general illness, monitor employees’ working conditions, and

identify unsafe and/or unhealthy conditions that may pose a risk to workers.

Your tasks will be:

• Conduct pre-employment medical examinations for new hires.
• Perform annual medical examinations.
• Provide consultations to personnel for general illnesses.
• Provide care to personnel who suffer accidents.
• Assess potential disability resulting from an accident for internal or external processing.
• Deliver talks and courses to personnel related to health and safety.
• Propose and organize vaccination campaigns.
• Advise and manage personnel with medical expense coverage.
• Maintain contact with various Social Security departments to address employee-related issues.
• Support the MASS subcommittee.
• Monitor the causes of disability due to general illness.
• Provide prenatal care to pregnant employees.
• Participate in the Joint Health and Safety Commission.
• Conduct audits of the cafeteria.
• Plan health campaign programs.
• Plan the execution of annual medical examinations.

To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have

• Bachelor degree as General Medical Doctor / Occupational Medicine Specialty (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in Industry
• Knowledge in LFT & IMSS
• English language knowledge is advantageous but not a requirement.
