Develop and implement English language training programs tailored to the needs of hotel staff.
Conduct individual and group lessons focusing on conversational English, hospitality-specific vocabulary, and professional communication skills.
Assess the English proficiency levels of staff and create personalized learning plans.
Prepare and deliver engaging and interactive lessons using a variety of instructional techniques and resources.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of students, providing feedback and additional support as needed.
Collaborate with hotel management to identify training needs and adjust programs accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and industry trends.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field certification preferred.
Proven experience as an English instructor, preferably in a hospitality or corporate setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Experience working in the hospitality industry.
