Responsibilities

• English instruction and materials design for EFL courses, with focus on Business and Intercultural Communication
• Participation in corporate language assessment
• Organization of extracurricular student activities if interested
• Communication of student progress
• Professional interaction with all internal customers using strong interpersonal skills

Requirements

• Proficient or native English
• Qualification: bachelor’s degree in TESOL, English or Applied Linguistics, or a certificate in language teaching (e.g., CELTA, TESOL)
• Preference will be given to candidates who have 3+ years of experience in working with EFL students in a workplace or educational setting
• Excellent command of the latest communicative and student-centered ELT approaches and methods in online and offline teaching
• Experience in conducting online group lessons
• Desire for ongoing learning and professional development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong service-orientation
• Ability to work independently and maintain good team spirit
