PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To improve English language proficiency of our employees through intensive training and prepare customize curriculum according to the needs of employees

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare instructional aids, activities and supplemental teaching materials and resources according to learning objectives and student needs
  • Create and implement an orderly learning environment to maximize student achievement
  • Keep a track record of students’ attendances, grades assessments and assignments
  • Interact and collaborate with Head of Department, People Managers and POD Manager to discuss the student’s progress
  • Provide feedbacks by communicating with students to help them improve their English skills
  • Initiate and come up with new ideas and ways to engage the students and keep them interested in the subject matters
  • Collaborate with all students to ensure a positive student experience

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Native English Speaker or People with high English language proficiency
  • Preferable CELTA or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of relevant teaching experience (in classroom and virtual)

SKILLS

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work with employees across of the organization
  • Able to compile training programs efficiently
